Losing a Boston Terrier is like losing a member of the family. The sorrow you feel is a natural process of grieving.
Bingley’s Memorial
Bingley was a special dog. He was named after Mr. Bingley in Jane Austin’s Pride and Prejudice. We adopted him when he was four months old.
We drove for three hours on Christmas Day to pick him up. He was full of energy and loved to run and play. It took some time but he soon made friends with our seven-year-old Maltese-Shih Tzu.
Bingley loved her so much and also drove her crazy. He loved pepperoni, carrots, playing ball, crawling under beds, snuggling, and kissing. When we were moving houses, someone left the front door open (not knowing he would run out very quickly). He was VERY fast!
He got out and was hit and killed by a car. It happened very quickly and was heart-wrenching. He wasn’t even a year old. He was a wonderful dog and will be missed forever!
Love,
Wendy
Bingley was born on September 1st, 2020, and passed away after being struck by a car on May 26th, 2021.
